Workshops
Workshops are open to parents and professionals They offer an opportunity to learn new information and a chance to meet others who share similar interests. All workshops are free and open to the public. Registration is required.

Asperger Syndrome Series
Workshops and Parent to Parent Topic Groups are offered through the Asperger's Association of New England/ North which is a partnership of the Asperger's Association of New England (AANE) and the Northshore Education Consortium (NEC). All programs are held at the Northshore Education Consortium in Beverly.

Workshops are open to parents and professionals and cover a broad base of information. Parent to Parent Topic Groups are geared toward parents and focus on a specific topic for each session. Registration is required for both programs.

Registration for all workshops and Parent to Parent Topic Groups is done online through the AANE website at www.aane.org. Membership to AANE provides discounted fees for workshops. Parent to Parent Topic Groups are free to AANE members only. To become an AANE member or for further information on AANE programs or the Asperger Syndrome Series go to www.aane.org.
Professional Development
Professional development opportunities are offered throughout the school year for educators and other professionals. All trainings are led by highly qualified presenters. CEU's and PDPs are available. Registration is required for all programs.
Parent Support Groups
Parent support groups are held monthly. The focus of the group is to provide support to parents who have behaviorally challenging children. Groups are offered through the collaboration of the Parent/Professional Advocacy League (PAL). All groups are facilitated by a professional and based on peer support. Groups are free, confidential and open to the public. {For parents only}
Resources
Resource information is available on community programs, behavioral health services and recreational activities. Bulletin board displays current community events and support groups.
